Had the most amazing day yesterday. My friend Suzanne and I went headed out to Dunure Castle in Ayrshire, Scotland, It was raining all the way there, but we put in our good weather order to whoever or whatever was listening and as soon as we got there the rain stopped and the sun came out, we were going to leave after the sun had set, but the stars were so pretty we didn’t leave till 1am.
Today my body aches from spending 9 hours clambering over all the rocks getting photographs, Amazing day, really amazing
Went out to shoot the sunset last night with my lovely friends Suzanne and James. I took all of these on my Iphone, yuh huh my Iphone. I let James borrow my Canon to take some photographs as he hates is sony DSLR, then we headed to Portencross to look at the stars and do some painting with light photography. Had a lovely time and a wee cat came along to the pier to say hello too, was random as hell as we were in the middle of nowhere, but that little cat found us
Hey it’s August……what was I expecting……of course it’s going to rain
What a difference a day makes……well to the weather at least. My jaunt round the park today felt surreal, as I was dizzy the whole time, kinda felt like I was drunk, not that the dogs seemed to care, they were having to much fun just being outside, much to my surprise there was actually quite a lot of people in the park, maybe while I was on holiday Robertson Park became the place to be, who knows.
Did I tell you I have a lovely chest infection and the Flu………..anyway yesterday I thought I would have a nice wee walk in the park with the dogs, see if it didn’t make me feel a little better, so off we went to what is usually a very quiet park, not yesterday, seemed everyone had the same idea as me. Why I wore a hoodie I have no idea, cause I was sweating like Manson at a family reunion, but for some reason known only to my wobbly brain, I refused to take said hoodie off. It might have been a lovely day, but I was not having fun at all.
I will however go back to the park again today, though I am sure it will be back to it’s usual quiet self, it’s raining, nobody goes out to play in the rain.
